Demo Day spans 1–2 days. Each company gives a 1-minute pitch (sometimes pre-recorded, sometimes live). Investors browse a private deal portal with company one-pagers, metrics, and partner notes. Most fundraising conversations begin in the 1–2 weeks before Demo Day, not on the day itself. Final round closes typically happen 2–6 weeks after.
